Refund policy

Because each item is made to order and often personalized just for you, we’re unable to accept returns.

Before your order goes into production, we’ll send you a design proof to review. Please take a moment to double-check all details—such as names, dates, and colors—to make sure everything looks perfect. Once you approve the design, it will be finalized and moved into production. If you need to cancel your order before production begins, a small 10% cancellation/restocking fee may apply.

If you notice any defects with your product, please let us know within 20 days of receiving it so we can help make it right. We’re not able to cover damage that occurs after delivery, including wear, washing issues, or everyday use.
