Shipping policy

We ship our products mainly with Canada Post and their international partners

Average delivery times are:
- US and Canada 3 business days to 2 weeks.
- Other destinations: 3-8 weeks.

If your package is lost or not delivered, we will open a claim with the carrier. We recommend you also contact the carrier as soon as possible to gain more information about the package's whereabouts. We will open a claim if necessary, and your prompt response to any inquiries will expedite the process.

If the carrier confirms the package is lost or misplaced, we will send you a replacement.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any theft or packages stolen after delivery.
